About SweetPIX

Although this is my first pixel art website, this is not the first incarnation of SweetPIX.

SweetPIX first came to be as a pixel art Mini Shop on Gaia Online in November 2003, selling animal sprites. The shop was extremely successful and soon grew to include fruit & veggie sprites, jumbo sprites, houses and art supplies.

SweetPIX went on hiatus in February 2004 due to lack of time and operated in a limited capacity till late 2004 when I closed its doors.

The SweetPIX Shop'n'Run was opened briefly to provide customers with a limited selection of sprites.

When I was building this site, I decided to name it SweetPIX, as a tribute to my early pixeling success.

SweetPIX is now my pixel art and dolling hub. I provide mostly bases and resources for dollers, since that is what I enjoy working on the most, though the dolls section is slowly growing. This site is always expanding, and I tend to update several times a month, so there's always fresh content available. Future plans for this site include templates for dolling websites, articles and more.

I'm always open to commentary about the site - what you like, what could use improvement, what new sections you'd like to see. Don't hesitate to send me an email. The site layout is a work in progress
